The first step is to create an electric vehicle that’s completely electric and fuel-efficient, and you can’t get a gasoline-powered vehicle that does that.

The second step is the most important, and it’s called the charging station.

The first one is not so critical for the car: the battery will be charged using a USB port.

But the second step requires a charging station that has to be located somewhere on the road.
